Role Description A specialist recruitment business is looking for experienced 180 Recruiters / Resourcers to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment assignments. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates while supporting the wider recruitment team with shortlist generation and delivery. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30 AM – 7:00 PM (UK Hours) Your Responsibilities - Manage recruitment assignments to deliver high quality candidates on a consistent basis that meets defined recruitment briefs. - Sell opportunities to candidates through phone based conversations, overcoming objections to ensure that a sufficient quantity of high quality candidates is delivered for each assignment. - Provide detailed candidate profiles demonstrating suitability, qualifications, and any objections that may need to be managed. - Convert candidate profiles into professional CVs/resumes for both current assignments and future opportunities. - Conduct detailed market research to identify target companies and high-quality candidates. - Headhunt and engage candidates through calls, networking, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms. - Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Research and identify accurate contact methods for potential candidates. - Maintain all recruitment administration including CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline management, and activity tracking. - Deliver against agreed activity and recruitment targets consistently. - Work collaboratively with the wider recruitment team to ensure successful delivery across all assignments. - Generate referrals and identify potential business leads where possible. - Provide regular updates to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an excellent candidate experience. Qualifications - 18 months+ recruitment experience (preferably permanent recruitment focused). - Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals over the phone. - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. - Proven ability to source and deliver candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies. - Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms. - Proactive, target-driven, and motivated by success. - Comfortable working within a fast-paced, KPI-driven recruitment environment. - Strong team player with a desire to learn, develop, and progress.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize database objects using Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL. • Convert and remediate SQL Server database code for PostgreSQL compatibility. • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. • Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of migrated database objects. • Analyze and remediate T-SQL to PostgreSQL syntax differences and compatibility issues. • Review and address findings from AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) assessment reports. • Validate migrated data and support database migration testing activities. • Collaborate with development and project teams to support database modernization and migration initiatives.
