Internal Recruitment Consultant

Role Description The successful candidate will support the company’s internal recruitment strategy across multiple offices and teams. This position is focused on identifying, engaging, and securing high-quality talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Partnering with hiring managers to take detailed role briefs and support recruitment planning. - Developing and managing effective advertising campaigns to attract high-quality candidates. - Proactively sourcing talent through headhunting and direct outreach techniques. - Coordinating and conducting candidate interviews to assess suitability and cultural alignment. - Managing the offer process through to successful onboarding, including references and candidate aftercare. - Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. - Maintaining consistent communication and providing guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Supporting employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation within the market. - Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring requirements. - Producing recruitment reports and market insights for internal stakeholders. - Conducting competitor and market analysis to support ongoing hiring strategy improvements. - Contributing to continuous improvements across recruitment processes and candidate experience. Qualifications - Previous recruitment experience gained either within an agency or internal recruitment environment. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. - Confident communication and relationship-building skills. - A proactive and results-oriented approach to recruitment. - Strong stakeholder management capabilities. - Commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. - Professional, confidential, and diplomatic approach. - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Partner with recruiting team members to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for government contract positions. • Serve as a trusted advisor and career advocate, guiding candidates through each stage of the hiring process. • Review and evaluate resumes daily to identify candidates whose qualifications align with current and future hiring needs. • Develop, publish, and maintain engaging job postings across multiple recruiting platforms. • Conduct targeted candidate outreach through email campaigns and personalized communications using established recruiting templates. • Source talent through job boards, applicant databases, professional networks, and other recruiting channels. • Support candidates throughout the interview process, including assisting with Public Trust and other security clearance documentation requirements. • Contribute innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices to enhance talent acquisition efforts. • Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions. • Maintain accurate candidate records, including qualifications, compensation expectations, technical skills, and interview feedback within the applicant tracking system. • Prepare candidate summaries and qualification packages for submission to hiring managers and contract stakeholders. • Manage and maintain job requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), including creating, updating, and closing positions as needed. • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, timely follow-up, and professional representation of the organization.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize database objects using Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL. • Convert and remediate SQL Server database code for PostgreSQL compatibility. • Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. • Perform functional, integration, and performance testing of migrated database objects. • Analyze and remediate T-SQL to PostgreSQL syntax differences and compatibility issues. • Review and address findings from AWS Schema Conversion Tool (SCT) assessment reports. • Validate migrated data and support database migration testing activities. • Collaborate with development and project teams to support database modernization and migration initiatives.
