Role Description This is a remote position. We're recruiting a Virtual Assistant on behalf of a well-established, high-growth self-employed estate agency model operating across the UK. The VA will work directly with the client's head office, focused on attracting new self-employed estate agents to join their model through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consistent pipeline management. - Own LinkedIn outreach and direct messaging to self-employed agents across the UK, supported by a nurture sequence - Enroll roughly 50 new contacts per day across email and LinkedIn - Send 20–30 LinkedIn connection requests per day - Make around 50 outbound calls per day (25 in the morning, 25 in the afternoon) - Send 3–5 follow-up emails after calls - Keep the CRM fully updated by the end of each day - Provide regular reporting on outreach productivity and pipeline progress Qualifications - 3–5 years' experience in a similar role (recruitment, sales, or outreach-focused) - Proven experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable position - Own laptop and mobile phone - Reliable, high-speed internet connection - Confident, professional phone manner, comfortable with high-volume outbound calling - Strong written and spoken English - CRM proficiency and comfortable working across LinkedIn as an outreach tool - Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Requirements - Computer or laptop with stable performance - Reliable ADSL/Fibre internet (minimum 50 Mbps) - Headset compatible with VOIP systems - Anti-virus installed - UPS/Backup power for load shedding Benefits - Working hours: Monday to Friday - Part-time: 9am – 1pm UK time (10am – 2pm SA time)
