• Proactively research and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools. • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations between qualified prospects and our Account Executives. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects. • Meticulously track all prospecting and lead generation activities in our CRM (HubSpot). • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for key activities and qualified opportunities generated. • Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, messaging, and market intelligence.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in a BDR, Sales Development Representative (SDR), or a similar client-facing role in US market.
  • Outstanding verbal (US accent) and written communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, a strong sense of resilience in the face of rejection, and a deep desire to learn and improve.
  • Proficient with outlook/ Gsuite and comfortable learning new sales technologies.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to consistently achieve and exceed measurable goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or a related field.
