Inside Sales Manager

• Identify and leverage opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth • Proactively analyze existing accounts to uncover upsell and cross-sell potential, and translate these insights into concrete sales actions • Manage software subscription renewals end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and customer retention • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations, from technical contacts to decision-makers • Take ownership of assigned accounts with a sales-driven mindset, building the foundation for a future step into Account Management or Sales Management • Facilitate the preparation, processing, and follow-up of opportunities and orders to ensure smooth sales operations • Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management, and all related departments • Collaborate with the Head of Inside Sales EMEA by analyzing data with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharing insights • Support our global Sales team in administrative and operational tasks, organization, and planning and implementation of strategies • Management and maintenance of data in the CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate handling of customer information, prospects, and opportunities • Create presentations, reports, and statistics, and organize training sessions and meetings • Support and participate in workshops and trade shows to enhance company visibility and engage with clients

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing software subscription renewals
  • Experience in upselling/cross-selling software products
  • First experience or strong interest in stakeholder management and account ownership within a B2B sales environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Convincing appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations
  • Strong performance as Inside Sales Manager with the ambition to grow towards Account Management responsibilities at a later stage
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies to improve efficiency, analysis, and overall performance
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Must have Handling B2B customers
  • SaaS industry experience
  • Subscription renewals expertise

Role Description You are the first conversation a pet parent has with Bark & Mane. You'll handle 10–20 warm inbound leads per day arriving by phone, text, and social media — no cold calling. Your job is to understand each pet and owner, communicate why an in-home, one-on-one grooming experience is worth a premium over the corner shop, and convert conversations into booked appointments. This is consultative selling, not pressure selling. The pet parents who call us are choosing someone to care for a family member. You'll ask about the dog before you ever talk price. What You'll Do - Respond to inbound leads across phone, text, and social — promptly, warmly, and professionally. - Lead discovery on every conversation: breed, coat, grooming history, the pet's name, how they handle stress. - Communicate our value — cage-free, one-on-one, door-to-door, 15-point care — and confidently hold a premium price. - Close conversations to booked appointments with complete, accurate details. - Follow up methodically: every lead gets worked to a conclusion. No leads left hanging. - Manage several conversations at once across channels without losing threads. - Log all activity in our scheduling system and coordinate closely with our dispatch team.
