Role Description We are seeking a Director of Revenue Accounting to manage all aspects of the Company's revenue accounting function. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of revenue accounting and reporting, including: - Revenue recognition under ASC 606 - Invoicing - Deferred revenue - Work-in-process (WIP) accounting - Month-end close - Audit support The Director will manage a team of accounting professionals and partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Responsibilities - Manage the revenue accounting function, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and company accounting policies - Oversee customer invoicing, billing operations, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and WIP accounting - Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting - Review customer contracts and evaluate revenue recognition implications in accordance with accounting standards - Prepare and analyze revenue reporting, KPIs, and financial trends for executive leadership - Lead internal and external audit activities related to revenue accounting and ensure timely resolution of audit requests - Develop, maintain, and strengthen internal controls over revenue accounting processes - Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate revenue accounting workflows and reporting - Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Consulting teams to ensure accurate contract setup, billing, and revenue recognition - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment - Support system enhancements and optimization efforts across Workday and other financial systems Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA strongly preferred - 5-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years leading revenue accounting teams, ideally within a professional services firm - Proven experience managing and developing teams of 4-6 accounting professionals - Deep expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606), deferred revenue, work-in-process (WIP) accounting, customer billing, invoicing, month-end close, financial reporting, and contract review - Experience supporting internal and external audits and maintaining strong internal controls - Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems, preferably Workday; experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, and advanced Excel is a plus Requirements - Salary range: $XXX,XXX-$YYY,YYY, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus - The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs Benefits - Medical, dental, vision - HSA, FSA - Disability insurance - Life insurance - 401(k) match - Paid time off - Wellness stipend - Additional voluntary benefits

Role Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for Staff Accountant II - Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy to join the Tailored Brands Accounting team. The Staff Accountant II will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy. This is a remote position. The Staff Accountant II will be responsible for assisting with key components of the external reporting process, including: - Preparation support, tie-outs, and documentation for SEC filings (including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and related disclosures) - Assisting with the quarterly earnings release - Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations - Contributing to internal reporting - Supporting technical accounting analysis, with exposure to areas such as equity and share-based compensation This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting, while gaining hands-on experience in public company reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting as well as assisting with monthly internal management reporting.
