• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements for the global consolidated group • Support the financial statement audit providing technical accounting memos and calculations for complex transactions • Assist with building out internal controls and accounting processes in a global company to support audit requirements • Review journal entries and account reconciliations against supporting documentation to ensure accounting accuracy within the financial statements • Assist FP&A with forecasting process and recognition of revenue and expenses • Support day to day accounting operations by reviewing journal entries and providing management and support to staff as needed • Manage third party valuation experts on ASC 805 valuations for acquisitions • M&A accounting including net working capital, purchase accounting for asset and stock purchases • Equity accounting including stock based compensation, preferred equity, and warrants

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP • Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using Terraform • Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability • Work closely with developers and operations teams • Implement security best practices for managing AWS and GCP resources • Respond to system outages or issues • Maintain clear and concise documentation on infrastructure

• Define and evolve the architecture of our backend platform serving connections from millions of users • Design and build highly available distributed services in Golang while setting technical direction on scalability, reliability, and performance targets • Lead code reviews and champion testing discipline, clean architecture, and engineering best practices across the team • Partner with the SDK team to integrate client features cleanly into backend systems and deliver end-to-end functionality • Mentor engineers and grow the technical depth of the team while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and product teams • Drive the team to meet performance targets and ship reliable products that protect users at scale
