• The Yardi Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the technical administration, configuration, and integration of the Yardi Voyager platform and its associated modules. • Assist in planning, designing, and implementing Yardi solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices. • Participate in current implementation efforts and assist senior team members in preparation for the targeted go-live date. • Collaborate with functional teams and consultants to ensure alignment with system best practices. • Meet regularly with Welltower module owners and senior technical analysts to document current system performance and recommend enhancements.

Role Description You’re the engineer who makes the systems that run our broadband business talk to each other — and then run themselves. Your job is to design, connect, and automate that chain, and to keep it reliable as we grow. This is fundamentally an integration and automation role, not a single-platform admin job. You’ll live across our core CRM, billing, and provisioning platforms, but the value you create is in the connective tissue between them. If you like turning manual, error-prone handoffs into clean automated workflows — and you’re comfortable moving between a CRM config screen, a Python script, and an API spec in the same afternoon — this is built for you. Qualifications - 5+ years working with BSS/OSS platforms in a telecom or ISP environment - Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, billing, and BI/analytics platforms - Intermediate-to-expert scripting: Python, Bash, SQL, and REST APIs - Solid grasp of data flows and ETL - Familiarity with broadband/telecom service provisioning systems - Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals: DHCP, RADIUS, DNS - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills - Comfortable working across departments and balancing competing priorities - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience Requirements - Building and maintaining the connections between systems (APIs, webhooks, middleware, scripts) and automating provisioning, activation, and billing workflows. - Configuring and tuning BSS platforms: CRM, billing, product catalog, provisioning, service activation, inventory, and workflow tools. - Troubleshooting system-level issues end to end, keeping data in sync across CRM, network management, and billing, and coordinating with vendors when needed. - Working with other teams on workflow design, release planning, vendor evaluations, UAT, change control, upgrades, and documentation. • Configure, maintain, and support VoIP and PBX systems in hospitality environments • Assist with deployment, provisioning, and ongoing maintenance of customer systems • Monitor voice services, infrastructure alarms, system health, and network performance • Perform routine maintenance, OS updates, patches, and system checks on deployed systems • Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, networking, and infrastructure-related issues • Support internal Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams with escalated technical issues • Analyze logs, packet captures, and monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues • Utilize tools such as Wireshark, VoIP Monitor, and Linux utilities for troubleshooting • Work closely with hotel IT teams, vendors, and internal staff to implement and support solutions • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions and technical meetings • Maintain professionalism during customer interactions and support escalations • Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures • Develop Wiki-based knowledge base articles and technical standards • Assist with improving operational procedures and technical workflows
