Role Description In this role you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of business functions. This role combines administrative coordination with payroll support, document preparation, and internal communications. You will work closely with managers and team members to organize schedules, maintain records, assist with presentations, and support payroll processing. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field preferred. - At least 1-2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role. - Experience assisting with payroll processing, timesheet management, or payroll administration is highly preferred. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Comfortable creating and delivering professional presentations. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling payroll and administrative records. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. - Experience with payroll, HRIS, or timekeeping systems is an advantage. - Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello is a plus. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and company information with professionalism. - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment. Requirements - Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned clients or executives. - Manage and organize digital files, documents, and business records to ensure easy accessibility and accuracy. - Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and other business documents as requested. - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across various systems and databases. - Assist with email management, document organization, and other administrative tasks to support daily business operations. - Collect, verify, and maintain employee timesheets and attendance records. - Assist with payroll preparation by ensuring payroll data is accurate and complete. - Coordinate with payroll providers or internal finance teams regarding payroll-related concerns. - Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information. - Schedule meetings, appointments, and team events. - Coordinate meeting logistics, including sending invitations and preparing meeting materials. - Take meeting notes and track action items when required. - Create, edit, and format presentations for internal meetings, client updates, and leadership discussions. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Ensure presentation materials are professional, accurate, and visually organized. - Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, announcements, and internal communications. - Respond to inquiries professionally and route requests to the appropriate team members. - Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative requests. - Assist with process documentation and administrative workflows. - Support basic HR and operational tasks as assigned. - Help improve administrative processes and recommend efficiencies where appropriate. Junior Systems Administrator – Voice Engineer

• Configure, maintain, and support VoIP and PBX systems in hospitality environments • Assist with deployment, provisioning, and ongoing maintenance of customer systems • Monitor voice services, infrastructure alarms, system health, and network performance • Perform routine maintenance, OS updates, patches, and system checks on deployed systems • Troubleshoot SIP, VoIP, networking, and infrastructure-related issues • Support internal Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams with escalated technical issues • Analyze logs, packet captures, and monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues • Utilize tools such as Wireshark, VoIP Monitor, and Linux utilities for troubleshooting • Work closely with hotel IT teams, vendors, and internal staff to implement and support solutions • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions and technical meetings • Maintain professionalism during customer interactions and support escalations • Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures • Develop Wiki-based knowledge base articles and technical standards • Assist with improving operational procedures and technical workflows

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, email, ticketing system, or chat • Answer incoming support calls in a professional, timely, and customer-focused manner • Adhere to company SLAs and response time requirements for incoming support requests • Monitor systems for faults, outages, alarms, errors, and overall health of customer equipment, core infrastructure, and ancillary services • Troubleshoot VoIP, hospitality, and networking-related technical issues remotely • Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding concerns, and communicating solutions clearly and professionally • Document all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear, detailed, and organized manner • Escalate complex or critical issues to the Support Team Leader or higher-tier support teams while ensuring accurate and timely handoff • Triage support tickets and incidents based on severity, visibility, operational impact, and customer status • Maintain communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of a ticket or issue • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes, workflows, and customer experience • Stay current with company products, hospitality technologies, VoIP systems, and industry trends • Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and Wiki-based training/reference materials • Assist with basic system preparation, provisioning, or configuration tasks as needed • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
