• Lead and support Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects. • Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems. • Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting DBB/GIT/IDD related issues. • Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes. • Collaborate with client teams and its stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions.

• Implementing, maintaining, and improving the infrastructure used by our development and operations teams • Design, implement, and maintain our Linux infrastructure and systems

• Design, document, build, and maintain robust and efficient data pipelines that collect, process, and store data from various sources, including user interactions, listing details, and external data feeds. • Develop data models that enable the efficient analysis and manipulation of data for merchandising optimization. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy. • Build scalable data pipelines (SparkSQL, Scala & Python) leveraging Airflow scheduler/executor framework • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Product Managers, Operations, Finance & fellow Software Engineers, to define data requirements, and deliver data solutions that drive merchandising and sales improvements. • Contribute to the broader Data Engineering community at Airbnb to influence tooling and standards to improve culture and productivity. • Improve code and data quality by leveraging and contributing to internal tools to automatically detect and mitigate issues

• Receive tasks from the Project Lead or Team Lead (TL), prepare functional and design specifications, and align them with all stakeholders. • Ensure assigned areas are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. • Provide effort estimations, agree on timelines with the manager, and contribute to project planning. • Evaluate existing data systems and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop best practices for data coding to ensure system-wide consistency. • Update and optimize local and metadata models. • Assess implemented data systems for discrepancies, variances, and performance efficiency. • Troubleshoot and optimize data infrastructure and pipelines. • Understand business drivers and analytical use cases, translating them into reliable data products. • Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based pipelines that deliver business-critical data efficiently. • Identify area-level risks and implement mitigation plans. • Report readiness/quality status and escalate critical issues appropriately. • Take responsibility for resolving crisis situations within the assigned area of responsibility (AOR). • Initiate and conduct code reviews, and help establish coding standards, conventions, and guidelines. • Propose technical and functional improvements to enhance the product. • Continuously upgrade professional knowledge and skills. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
