• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement custom reporting solutions • Develop automated and self-service solutions that empower users with efficient access to data and reporting • Participate in change management, go-live support, and maintain end-user training documentation • Perform project management functions by providing project estimates, target dates, and planning and organizing development tasks • Monitor, identify, and resolve reporting and data issues • Develop new or make appropriate changes to existing workflows and reports • Understand data structures, values, and transformations as needed • Contribute to the development of standards, processes, and procedures that support improved reporting and validation quality and accuracy • Work on client projects with a sense of urgency • Utilize various data and reporting tools, including Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau
