• Drive end-to-end design for major product areas—from discovery through delivery • Lead problem framing, customer research, conceptual exploration, and iterative validation • Design & Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and production-ready specs • Partner closely with Product Management on roadmap definition, requirements, and prioritization • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX fidelity • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and field observations • Contribute to the improvement and evolution of our design system across components, patterns, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design
- Proven track record designing complex, data-driven, multi-step workflows
- Expertise in design thinking, research methods, and UX strategy
- Strong interaction design skills, including Information Architecture, flows, and system-level thinking
- Fluency in Figma and modern design/prototyping tools
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PM, Engineering, Data, QA, etc.)
- Must be fluent in English.
