Senior Product Design Analyst

• Lead Discovery and Delivery initiatives, adapting the design process to the squad’s needs; • Design experiences for complex multichannel support flows, reducing friction and simplifying critical customer journeys; • Structure solutions iteratively, rapidly validating hypotheses and evolving the experience based on continuous learnings; • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions; • Use adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction metrics and customer feedback to measure impact and guide design decisions; • Map journeys, identify experience improvement opportunities and help increase the perceived value of the product; • Contribute to the evolution of the Design culture by sharing knowledge and providing feedback that strengthens the team.

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products, participating across the full Discovery and Delivery cycle;
  • Experience with web products, especially applications with business rules and complex flows;
  • Strong command of UX research, using qualitative and quantitative methods to support decisions;
  • Experience with information architecture, journey mapping and Service Design;
  • Experience influencing roadmap decisions using data, research and well-structured arguments;
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools;
  • Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping or design process optimization.
