• Collaborate with the design team to evolve and maintain the design system, ensuring components and documentation remain consistent, scalable, and up to date • Design, prototype, and test intuitive solutions that simplify complex workflows and improve clarity of our digital products • Develop deep empathy for our customers and translate both qualitative insights and quantitative data into creative ideas and informed design decisions • Collaborate with other designers, UX research, product managers and engineering leads supporting the product roadmap and drive solutions • Deliver high-quality interfaces that contribute to a high standard for design excellence • Share work consistently in design reviews, contributing to a culture of open feedback and continuous iteration • Integrate ADA and accessibility best practices throughout the design process, using the right tools to ensure inclusive, compliant experiences for all users
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field from a four-year university or equivalent degree from college
- 2-3 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools used to define and validate solutions
- Skillful and thoughtful design of user interfaces for web and mobile apps with a keen eye for detail, emerging trends, user behavior, and interaction patterns
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to work across the organization
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, with multiple projects, and adjust according to roadmap discovery and delivery schedules
- Organized, time conscious, and detailed oriented
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
