• Act strategically in product design, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience • Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design decisions meet both user needs and business objectives • Translate research insights and data into visual and interactive solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces aligned with the company's Design System • Conduct and interpret usability research and user interviews • Work closely with front-end development to ensure adherence to the design • Define and monitor success metrics, proposing data-driven improvements • Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, ensuring visual consistency and component scalability across products • Ensure knowledge management and dissemination through clear documentation and by sharing learnings with the team • Continuously learn and stay up to date with Product Design techniques, trends, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience in Product Design, with hands-on work creating digital interfaces and user experiences
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for prototyping and documentation
- Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
- Ability to work with design, product, and technology teams, collaborating with other designers, developers, and PMs
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and proactivity
- Analytical ability to interpret usage data and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables
- Adaptability to work across different types of systems and products
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other task and documentation platforms
- Experience with B2B digital systems and products (data visualization, enterprise platforms, or SaaS is a plus)

Role Description The Manager of Interior Planning & Design Standards serves as a strategic bridge between facility planning/programming and interior design execution. This role leads the development and application of system-wide interior environments by integrating planning principles, operational workflows, and design standards into scalable, cost-effective solutions. This role ensures interior design decisions support project programming, capital planning, cost alignment, and long-term operational performance, while elevating user experience and brand consistency. The position provides leadership to interior design resources and partners, including direct supervision of interior design staff.
