• Work on designing, simulating, and optimizing the logical (quantum-error-correction) layers of Xanadu’s photonic quantum computer. • Focus on research into the implementation of fault-tolerant logical gates. • This includes topics like lattice surgery, homological measurements, co-designs with quantum error-correcting code and decoders, and physical implementations with measurement-based continuous-variable degrees of freedom.

• Site feasibility and pre-construction • Before Primer signs a lease, you've already run the numbers. You'll lead code analysis and zoning review, coordinate traffic and parking studies, run test fits and space programming, and make the go/no-go call on new sites. You'll also build the diligence playbook, so the next site evaluation takes days, not weeks. • Permitting and project management • You'll manage permitting across jurisdictions: building permits, fire life safety, ADA, zoning variances, change of use. You'll run the civil engineers, FLS specialists, and local architects of record on each project, and you'll know the code officials and inspectors in each city well enough that they pick up when you call. You'll juggle several projects at different stages without dropping a deadline. • FF&E and product specification • You'll research and spec the furniture, equipment, and branded materials that go into every Primer campus. Role Description The System Architect, PDS is the owner and is the technical design authority of the operational backbone for Process Development Services (PDS) within the Clinical Programs platform. Acting as a high-impact individual contributor who owns, builds, and evolves the systems, data foundations, analytics, and applied AI capabilities that enable PDS execution, capacity visibility, and insight generation. Reporting to the Director, Global PDS PMO & Business Analytics, this role combines system architecture, development, business analytics ownership, and applied AI to transform PD data into reusable, decision-grade insights for internal progression and customer value.
