Role Description On behalf of a top-tier home service and restoration company in Chicago, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative who enjoys building relationships and, most importantly, closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of sales experience, particularly in roles where you've been responsible for following up with leads, overcoming objections, and converting prospects into customers. The Role (No cold calling!) - No cold calling; work exclusively with warm inbound leads. - Guide customers through the decision-making process. - Handle objections and reinforce the value of the service. - Close sales while maintaining a friendly, consultative approach. - Manage opportunities in Go High Level CRM and keep customer records up to date. - Consistently work toward individual conversion and booking goals. Qualifications - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a closing, inside sales, or Sales Development Representative role. - Experience following a structured sales process and handling objections. - Near-native English with excellent verbal communication and a neutral accent. - Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills. - Comfortable working with CRM systems (experience with Go High Level is a plus). - Available to work during Chicago (CST) business hours. - Reliable computer, fast internet connection, and a quiet workspace. - Highly dependable, organized, and committed to following through with customers.
