Role Description Le(la) chargé(e) de communication : - Contribue au développement de la communication interne et externe de la collectivité. - Crée les outils et met en place les actions qui s’inscrivent dans la stratégie de communication globale. - Collabore aux opérations de relations publiques, aux campagnes de communication et aux actions de promotion. - Rédige des supports de communication (interne et externe) : lettres internes, éditos, communiqués de presse… - S’assure de la synergie des projets et outils de communication de la collectivité (site Internet, réseaux sociaux, extranet…). Qualifications - Maîtrise de la communication institutionnelle des collectivités locales. - Très bonne connaissance de l’environnement des collectivités locales. - Qualités rédactionnelles. - Gestion de projet. - Maîtrise d’InDesign, de Photoshop et de Canva. Requirements - Concevoir et mettre en œuvre différents outils et actions de communication (web, édition, newsletter, événement, enquête…). - Rédiger les supports de communication (articles, entretiens…) et les cahiers des charges (des marchés avec les prestataires). - Animer le réseau des prestataires et gérer les budgets inhérents. - Favoriser la circulation de l’information et entretenir une dynamique collective, en particulier au sein de la collectivité.
