Job Description

Key Account Manager, Oncology

Sanofi

• Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives while managing territory resources responsibly. • Develop, execute, and continuously refine a data-driven territory business plan, incorporating market dynamics, customer insights, and brand strategy. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform strategy and identify new growth opportunities. • Build and maintain deep, value-based partnerships with Hematologic Oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and key allied health professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Science, Business, or related field).
  • 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience (Oncology or Hematology strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance in complex, specialist-driven markets.
  • Deep understanding of Hematology/Oncology, including treatment landscapes, patient journeys, and market access.
  • Experience working with institutional accounts, reimbursement processes, and formulary approvals.
