• The Builder Channel Regional Sales Director oversees and provides leadership for a multi-state regional market area, creating the sales plan for Samsung and Dacor brands executed through Builder Distribution. • The role manages a team of 6 remote Sales Managers and develops the strategy for all builder trade customers across single-family (SF) and multi-family (MF) relationships. • This director owns full P&L accountability for combined revenue across an 8-state territory — Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. • The role requires a demonstrated strategic thinker who can translate organizational objectives into practical regional action plans while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and global product roadmaps. • Translate Voice of Customer (VOC), market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable product improvements and commercialization strategies. • Partner with global R&D to prioritize product enhancements, software releases, and future innovation. • Lead product launches, go-to-market planning, competitive positioning, pricing support, and commercial readiness. • Drive consistent product messaging, value propositions, and customer engagement across all imaging businesses. • Oversee product evaluations, customer feedback programs, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborations to strengthen market adoption. • Provide strategic oversight for internal and external clinical education programs that improve product adoption and customer outcomes. • Partner with Clinical Education to develop scalable training programs, digital learning, and customer education initiatives. • Establish performance metrics to measure training effectiveness, product utilization, and clinical impact. • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Management and Clinical Education teams while fostering collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations, Regulatory, and Engineering. • Create standardized processes, reporting, and communication frameworks that improve organizational efficiency and global alignment. • Oversee product lifecycle management, demo assets, product quality initiatives, and commercialization readiness.
• Represent the full Samsung portfolio in the Carolinas builder market • Drive distributor-led and direct builder relationships • Achieve or exceed annual sales and margin objectives • Train inside distributor sales personnel • Review Samsung's 'order-to-cash' process • Develop and manage relationships with builders and developers • Provide competitive market intelligence feedback
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit for assigned T1 distribution accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal teams. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals. • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. • Lead special projects aimed at driving sales performance and optimizing processes within the T1 distribution segment.
• Responsible for planning, managing and successfully executing installation and commissioning projects for our DR systems (digital radiography) – from order acceptance to final handover to the customer • Primary point of contact for medical practices, hospitals and internal stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle • Coordination of all project phases including scheduling, resource management and alignment with internal and external project participants • Conducting regular project status meetings and ensuring structured project documentation • Technical support for tenders and customer projects from an expert perspective • Performing maintenance, safety inspections and metrological testing on DR systems • Diagnosing and resolving technical faults on site or via remote access to ensure uninterrupted system operation • Preparing detailed service reports and maintaining technical data and documentation in the CRM system • Close collaboration with Sales, Service and other interfaces to continuously improve the customer experience
• Manage the relationship with our Distribution Partner, Ingram Micro. • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. • Manage ongoing pipeline and inventory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at our partners, including executives, sales teams, and account managers. • Drive revenue growth through the channel by identifying new business opportunities, managing run rate, promoting products and services, and supporting sales efforts. • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel initiatives. • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks within the channel. • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, pricing, and incentives to maximize mutual profitability and success. • Lead joint business planning sessions, QBRs, and other strategic meetings to drive mutual growth and success. • Mentor and support funded Head resources, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner forums to promote the brand and build relationships within the channel ecosystem.
• Drive awareness and maintain working knowledge of Samsung’s B2B product portfolio (Smart Signage, Desktop Monitors, Indoor LED, Interactive Displays, and Solutions and Services), vertical solutions, and business market trends • Manage new and existing national targets and identify incremental business within a fixed set of named accounts • Responsible for uncovering multiple business opportunities within a named account and working those projects through all phases of the sales cycle • Integral to this role is the ability to collaborate with Samsung’s distribution, channel partners, internal account managers, supply chain, operations, product management and marketing departments • The overall objective is to drive a greater awareness and acceptance of Samsung’s full product portfolio into strategic corporate end user accounts within the Restaurant and Retail sectors, while achieving sales targets across Samsung product categories • Identify, develop, maintain, and leverage key decision maker/ C -level relationships within key strategic end-customers • Responsible for creating and delivering compelling sales presentations • Develop and maintain partnerships between the company and end-customers through the management of sales process, negotiation of contracts and ongoing technical support relationships • Report on all sales activity and provide assessment of revenue opportunity along with model and unit forecast • Maintain acute awareness of Samsung and competitor market share within in assigned accounts • Understand and leverage the customer’s funding and budgeting process to secure wins • Collect requirements, identify viable solutions, overcome barriers, educate decision makers and their teams, such that Samsung solutions are the preferred technologies in response to customer requirements and enable Samsung to scale • Identify, specify and lead enablement activities required to support assigned accounts • Work with Team Director to develop and execute account strategies and customer-oriented engagement plans • Business opportunity and forecast accuracy are paramount to this role • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and strong internal alignment with operations and supply chain management, ensuring any/all deadlines are met when requested • Provide regular performance updates, forecasts, and insights to internal stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making • Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify opportunities and risks • Create account plans through visual tools (PowerPoint) and present to leadership • Perform long range planning (1 to 3 years) to drive revenue growth by increasing product placement, driving customer satisfaction and overall market share growth against assigned revenue/market share targets • Responsible for maintaining weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and ensuring any/all deadlines are met when requested

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses. • Ensure compliance with all tax laws, regulations, and deadlines. • Conduct tax research to identify potential tax savings and optimize tax strategies. • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed. • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.
