• Own the data and supplier-coordination layer that keeps platform delivering for enterprise customers • Conduct approximately 60% Excel-based data work — cleaning, structuring, and validating supplier, product, and quantity data to ensure sourcing events run without error • Follow up 40% of the time with existing US-based suppliers via phone and email to keep them engaged on the platform • Own a client account end to end within 90 days, running back-end work and communication independently
Job Requirements
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Excel experience in a professional work environment (not coursework or training), including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, and IF formulas
- Demonstrated experience cleaning, normalizing, and validating datasets using formula-based methods (no hard-coded values), including sanity-checking data quality and comparing extracted data against source documents
- Experience building structured, replicable Excel models that others can follow
- Experience conducting outbound phone calls to US-based suppliers, vendors, or business contacts in a professional capacity
- C1+ English (CEFR) — spoken and written — for direct phone communication with US-based suppliers
- Located in LATAM and able to work within one hour of US Eastern Time
- Nice-to-Have: 1–2 years in management consulting or at a boutique advisory firm, Hands-on procurement or supply chain experience (tactical purchasing, operational supplier relationship management), Python for data manipulation or automation, Prior exposure to e-procurement or sourcing platforms
