• Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of international sports websites and platforms. • Monitor live campaigns using tools such as ReachEffect, PropellerAds, and Google Sheets, ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Analyze key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights. • Review advertising materials to ensure full compliance with format requirements and legal standards. • Work closely with the sales team, clients, and publishing partners to guarantee seamless campaign delivery and transparent communication. • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to tags, creatives, and scripts, partnering with the IT team to find quick solutions. • Keep publisher records accurate and up to date, and verify invoicing to ensure correct campaign margins. • Deliver clear, insightful reports and regular updates to both clients and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Media Planning, or digital campaign management, with prior experience in the iGaming industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with solid proficiency in Excel and other reporting/analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of ad tech platforms like Google Ad Manager, PropellerAds, Looker Studio, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Comfortable using platforms such as Asana or Google Workspace.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for performance marketing and sports media.
- Google Ad Manager certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Based in Brazil.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is strongly preferred. All other languages are a strong plus.
