• Provide administrative and operational support to multiple Renewal Managers across the department. • Review renewal documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to routing to the appropriate internal teams. • Coordinate the collection and organization of required renewal documentation. • Monitor shared renewal inboxes and route requests to the appropriate team members. • Update HubSpot, Zendesk, and internal systems with accurate notes and documentation. • Organize and maintain electronic renewal files and shared department resources. • Assist with quality assurance reviews to help maintain consistency and accuracy across renewal documentation. • Own and maintain the Renewal Team's operational calendar, including renewal release schedules, internal deadlines, team milestones, and key deliverables. • Monitor upcoming deadlines and proactively remind team members of critical dates and outstanding action items. • Coordinate cross-functional follow-up with Underwriting, Implementation, Billing, Eligibility, Product, Engineering, and Account Management to help keep renewal activities on track. • Escalate operational roadblocks or timing concerns to Renewal Managers and leadership when appropriate. • Support the Renewal Team during peak renewal periods by helping prioritize administrative tasks and coordinating competing priorities. • Support department initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency. • Assist with documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Maintain department templates, forms, and shared resources to ensure consistency across the team. • Participate in testing new workflows, tools, and process enhancements. • Assist leadership with operational projects and other initiatives as assigned. • Coordinate internal meetings and document action items as needed. • Maintain department documentation and shared resources. • Assist with maintaining standardized communications and templates. • Provide general administrative support to ensure the Renewal Team operates efficiently.
• Work directly with the Head of R&D in architecting and building Angle's backend infrastructure • Work with product owners & designers to build a scalable implementation process across multiple web products • Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, test, release, and support phases • Build optimal backend applications that are performant at scale • Work together with the product leadership to plan new features • Oversee the compliance of applications with established quality standards
• Build high-performing customer facing and internal products • Design and build delightful and innovative products that will be used by a wide variety of users • Write quality, performant, well-tested code in Python (Django), React, and Typescript • Drive technical projects from conception to launch, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment • Will work directly with the Head of R&D to set the standard of high quality products • Are an independent working and self-starter • Seek to understand the business strategy and needs of our users • Are product minded – Willing to participate in product and engineering discussions
• Lead business and technical architectural decision-making for critical business processes and systems, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions. • Lead strategic initiatives to revamp and improve the end-to-end user experience for internal and external stakeholders. • Serve as a product-owner-style partner, eliciting business-level requirements, articulating system vision with wireframes, process diagrams, etc as needed, collaborating with technical resources to design, build, test, and launch solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement technology solutions that support business strategy. • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for strategic improvements and operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, workflows, and design decisions for both technical and business audiences. • Coordinate with vendors and internal technology teams to ensure alignment on system functionality, enhancements, and support. • Apply data analysis and metrics to inform strategic decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging meetings, documentation, and digital collaboration tools. • Lead other initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.
• Proactively engage with potential customers within your market to increase top-of-funnel candidates • Develop and maintain deep knowledge about Angle Health's products and platform, those of our competitors, and the healthcare and health insurance industry • Communicate Angle’s offerings clearly and compelling through language and live demos, and identify how our solutions meet prospective customers’ needs • Maintain positive and constant communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction • Must be willing to travel to meet with clients, however, some office time is required to meet successful goals • Coordinate and actively shepherd groups through the sales cycle, including proposals, underwriting, contract negotiations, and finalized policies • Work with your manager for ongoing training opportunities • Assist in coordinating events or attending events within the insurance space to broaden top-of-funnel opportunities and Angle Health’s market exposure • Engage with the insurance community to increase customer referrals and testimonials, and decrease customer churn rates • Collaborate with our internal teams to successfully drive sales and close new business • Continuously improve upon and exceed sales quotas
• Manage the initiation of client and internal meetings, facilitate discussion, gathering of critical information with the client and producer, and timing of deliverables • Accountable for member group escalations of claims and eligibility • Create and maintain work stream project plans, status reporting, and documentation, including but not limited to decisions, risks, issues, and change control • Collaborate across work streams understanding work interdependencies and the associated schedule implications • Utilize critical thinking to assess risks proactively, prioritize issues, and work based on impact • Communicate to stakeholders effectively and concisely • Creatively problem solve and identify process improvements always driving towards operational excellence • Prepare and present quarterly reports for business reviews
• Serve as the primary intake and coordination point for all RFPs within an assigned region • Directly support the Regional Vice President and Benefit Consultants • Work closely with brokers, benefit consultants, agents, and General Agencies as the day-to-day sales support contact • Manage high volumes of emails, RFPs, and inbound partner requests • Coordinate census data, RFP documentation, and proposal workflows • Ensure accurate and timely opportunity entry and updates in internal systems • Track deal progress, deadlines, and outstanding requirements • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners • Assist with sales operations, reporting, and continuous process improvement • Help ensure a consistent, responsive experience for all distribution partners
• Identify and evaluate new provider network opportunities (national, regional, and direct-contract models). • Develop differentiated network configurations to support broker distribution. • Ensure network economics align with underwriting and pricing strategy. • Build partnerships with centers of excellence, specialty providers, and high-impact clinical programs. • Structure bundled pricing or value-based agreements where appropriate. • Lead negotiations with provider groups, networks, and specialty partners. • Partner closely with TPA leadership to ensure clean integration into eligibility, claims, prior authorization, and billing systems. • Monitor performance post-launch and drive operational optimization. • Define and track KPIs for cost, access, utilization, and member experience.
• Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the renewal lifecycle. • Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers through proactive communication, responsiveness, and strategic partnership. • Conduct renewal strategy discussions with brokers, providing guidance on pricing, plan design changes, network updates, and available renewal options. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while balancing retention goals and company objectives. • Review renewal offers and analyze competitive market information to develop effective renewal strategies. • Partner with Underwriting to identify opportunities for rate relief and retention while maintaining sound underwriting practices. • Proactively identify renewal risks and develop action plans to improve retention outcomes. • Negotiate renewal solutions internally to support customer retention and long-term partnerships. • Ensure renewal deliverables are completed accurately and within established timelines. • Collaborate with Underwriting, Account Management, Implementation, Billing, Eligibility, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to deliver a seamless renewal experience. • Manage multiple renewal timelines simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met. • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency. • Participate in special projects and departmental initiatives that support the continued growth and scalability of the Renewal Team.
