• In the Data Exchange team you support our customers with functional and technical questions related to Proalpha ERP. Your focus is on analyzing, assessing and resolving support cases. In this role you combine technical understanding with process knowledge and ensure stable operations in customer systems. • Customer support: You handle functional and technical inquiries from our customers using ServiceNow and take responsibility for selected subject areas. • Analysis: By performing detailed error analyses on customer and reference systems, you identify root causes and ensure smooth business processes. • Communication: In interaction with customers (by phone and in writing) as well as with internal specialist departments (e.g., development), you coordinate solutions and ensure transparent alignment. • Professional development: You set individual professional priorities, continuously expand your expertise and actively contribute to new topics.
Job Requirements
- Successfully completed degree or vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Experience with ERP software, technical support processes and handling customer inquiries
- Technical understanding, confident use of IT and modern software solutions, analytical skills
- Service-oriented and structured way of working, strong communication skills, initiative and enthusiasm for varied tasks
- Very good German skills and good English skills for communication in an international environment
