We are seeking a Senior Space Systems Engineer to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities - Provides technical oversight and leadership for development, testing, integration, and operations effort associated with the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. - Provide systems engineering guidance in the development of test and evaluation plans, system verification plans, and other systems engineering processes and documents. - Provide inputs and support on technical and/or programmatic status reporting of individual projects, programs, or portfolios. - Identify areas of improvement with actionable, feasible recommendations, and tasks for reducing risk where appropriate as well as support risk identification, process definition, and detailed technical risk mitigation plans. - Maintain awareness of current program schedule, monitor acquisition implementation, report requirement shortfalls, and provide program assessments based on the identified risks. - Advise the Government program manager on technical engagements such as technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program conferences, and other informational meetings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM). - Minimum of 10 years’ experience with satellite and ground systems. - Technical and analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction. - Strong experience in requirements development and tracking. - Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills. - TS Clearance required. We are seeking a Space Vehicle Vendor Systems Engineer to support SDA’s mission.
