We’re seeking a forward‑thinking HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of our HR technology ecosystem—with a primary focus on UKG. This is a high‑impact role for someone who blends HR process expertise with deep systems knowledge and thrives at the intersection of strategy and hands‑on execution.The HRIS Manager leads the strategy, governance, and optimization of Envoy’s HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on UKG. This role oversees system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong HR process knowledge, deep HRIS expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities - Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance. - Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms (Deel, Lattice, Greenhouse). - Manage configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, and upgrades. - Ensure data accuracy and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting. - Support workforce planning, compensation cycles, and people analytics. - Mentor HRIS team members and lead change management efforts. - Drive process automation and cross‑functional workflow improvements. - Manage vendor relationships and major HR technology projects. What You’ll Do - Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build smart, scalable hiring strategies. - Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, with speed and quality. - Source strong, diverse pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach. - Maintain accuracy in Greenhouse, including requisitions, postings, scorecards, and dispositioning to ensure clean data and compliance. - Support interview scheduling, communication, and candidate progress to keep the process moving smoothly. - Prepare interview materials, gather feedback, and ensure hiring teams are set up for success. - Communicate clearly and frequently with candidates to provide an inclusive, welcoming experience aligned with Envoy’s values. - Keep an eye on tasks, scheduling conflicts, and potential delays—helping hiring teams stay on track. - Draft and issue offer letters, coordinate background checks, and manage pre‑hire steps for a seamless onboarding experience. - Continuously apply and refine recruiting best practices to elevate efficiency, fairness, and candidate quality. What You Bring - 3–7+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast‑growing environment. - Strong organizational skills and a love for smooth, efficient processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication—empathetic, clear, and candidate‑first. - Comfort with ATS tools (bonus if you’ve lived in Greenhouse). - A passion for building teams where everyone can thrive. - Curiosity, optimism, and the ability to positively influence hiring partners.
