• You design the security of our cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and other providers. • You take technical ownership for cloud security topics, establish clear standards and work with platform and product teams to implement security measures in a sustainable way. • You develop and strengthen security standards for cloud environments on AWS, Azure and other hosting providers. • You are responsible for AWS security & compliance, implement regulatory requirements properly and identify risks before they become critical. • In close collaboration with infrastructure, platform and development teams as well as our security organization, you embed security requirements directly into architecture, operations and development processes. • You review and improve cloud resources using secure Infrastructure-as-Code principles, not afterwards. • You protect container and Kubernetes environments, virtual machines and central infrastructure components.

• You keep the threads together in the marketing dialog and turn contacts into concrete opportunities. • As a Dialog Marketing Agent you are the central interface between prospects, marketing and sales. • With disciplined lead management, telephone follow-up and consistent tracking you ensure that no potential is left unused. • You record incoming downloads and inquiries as MQLs in the system, pre-qualify them and forward them in a structured manner to the responsible colleagues. • You independently handle registrations for demo days, trade shows and marketing campaigns, enter them into the system and ensure consistent follow-up using reminders. • You analyze website activity, document relevant contacts in the system and clarify specific needs through direct contact. • Through proactive telephone outreach in the B2B environment you identify qualified opportunities and open new doors.

• As part of the R&D Cloud Operations team, you will actively shape FinOps at Proalpha and develop the foundation for economically sustainable cloud usage. • You will build FinOps practices within the cloud teams, continuously evolve them and take responsibility for their operational implementation in day-to-day business. • You will analyze the cost structures of different data centers and cloud providers, evaluate architectural decisions for their financial impact and derive concrete measures for sustainable cost optimization. • In close coordination with colleagues from Cloud Platform, Controlling and Product teams, you will create transparency around consumption, budgets and savings potential and support well-founded decision-making. • You will develop standards, guidelines and decision-making frameworks and establish FinOps governance structures such as tagging strategies, cost-center logic, forecasts, KPIs as well as showback and chargeback models. • Through meaningful reports and dashboards and targeted coaching, you will enable teams to apply FinOps principles independently and to take sustainable ownership of costs.

• As a member of the Production team, you will support our clients with functional and technical questions related to the proALPHA ERP system. • You will work on varied topics in the production environment and actively shape your area of technical focus. • Through your analyses and close collaboration with customers and internal departments, you will ensure stable and efficient business processes. • There is also potential to develop into a team facilitator role over time.

• Data privacy management: You will further develop the group-wide data privacy management system, ensure its reliable operation, manage the operational data privacy activities of the Proalpha Group, coordinate the data privacy coordinators of the group companies, and work closely with the external data protection officer. • Data privacy processes: You maintain the records of processing activities, support Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and assist in defining, documenting, and reviewing technical and organizational measures. • Products and projects: You support software, cloud, AI and digitization projects, embed Privacy by Design into products and services, and advise business units on data protection requirements. • Compliance and advisory: You create and maintain privacy and compliance policies, processes and documentation, handle due diligence questionnaires from customers, and support compliance requirements related to suppliers. In data protection matters you also work collaboratively with the works council. • Governance and awareness: You monitor regulatory developments in data protection, derive necessary actions, conduct training and awareness measures, and support internal audits.

• You are responsible for the stable and secure operation of our hybrid Microsoft environment within the IT Infrastructure team IAM & Collaboration • You work in 2nd- and 3rd-level support, continuously develop Microsoft 365 and identity services, and successfully implement new technologies and solutions • You are responsible for the ongoing operation and further development of our Microsoft 365 platform and manage central services such as Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Active Directory • In 2nd- and 3rd-level support you analyze incidents, identify sustainable solutions, and manage user accounts, groups, permissions and access rights • You actively participate in migration, integration and rollout projects and support the introduction of new technologies and services • You automate and standardize administrative processes and contribute to the further development of our Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions • You contribute your expertise to security, compliance and governance topics and help continuously improve the secure handling of identities, permissions and access rights

• As a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d), you will design user interfaces and design building blocks for the next generation of the proalpha product landscape. • Your focus will be on developing and evolving our group-wide Design System and closely collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams. • You will help create a consistent, modern, and scalable user experience across multiple products. • You will advance our group-wide Design System by creating reusable components, variants, tokens, and design specifications that form the foundation for a consistent product portfolio. • You will ensure components, patterns, and designs meet defined quality, accessibility, and usability standards. • You will support product and engineering teams in creating user-centered solutions. • You will work closely with frontend developers and accompany the process from concept to technical implementation. • You will use modern tools and AI-assisted methods to efficiently develop prototypes, concepts, and innovative design solutions.

• You take central product responsibility for group-wide integration topics at Proalpha. • You ensure that products, legal entities and teams collaborate with clear priorities so integrations progress in a structured way. • At the interface between Product, Program Management and Engineering you create transparency, orientation and binding decisions. • You manage the group-wide integration approach and build a roadmap that makes all relevant integrations between our companies visible. • Using a transparent prioritization framework, you evaluate integration initiatives fairly, make dependencies visible and convince stakeholders with clear arguments. • As the owner of central integration products such as our API portal, you jointly decide on design, technology and further development together with the engineering team. • You identify bottlenecks early, escalate in a targeted way and create clarity before issues become problems. • In exchange with product owners, software architects and engineering teams you are the central point of contact for standardized integration.
