About the Role: As the VP of Product Marketing, you will be the ultimate owner of how xCures' product value is defined, packaged, and delivered to the market. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will build and lead the product marketing function, acting as a key strategic partner to the Commercial team. Key Responsibilities - Positioning: Own the overarching product narrative. Translate complex GenAI and healthcare data concepts into compelling, differentiated value propositions for executive buyers. - GTM Strategy & Leadership: Architect the Go-To-Market strategy for the entire product portfolio. Orchestrate massive, cross-functional launches that align Product and the Commercial team. - Packaging: Lead the strategic development of feature bundling and ROI frameworks to maximize win rates across our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). - Team Building & Mentorship: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Product Marketing Managers. Establish the playbooks, frameworks, and KPIs for the PMM function. - Executive Market Intelligence: Systematize competitive intelligence and market trend analysis. Act as a strategic advisor to the CPO and Director of Product to prioritize the roadmap based on massive market opportunities. - Sales Enablement Strategy: Partner with Commercial leadership to design a world-class enablement program, ensuring the enterprise sales team is equipped to win complex, multi-million-dollar deals. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field strongly preferred. - 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 4+ years building and leading a PMM team. - Deep experience in HealthTech, B2B SaaS, or healthcare data platforms. - A proven track record of commercializing complex, highly technical products (AI/Data) for enterprise audiences. - Executive Storytelling: Elite communication skills with the ability to pitch the company vision to external analysts, press, and enterprise C-suites. - Business & Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, pricing elasticity, and revenue modeling. - Cross-Functional Influence: The gravitas and emotional intelligence to lead without formal authority across the Product Org and Commercial Org. - Strategic Vision: Ability to zoom out to see the 3-year market trajectory, while zooming in to unblock your team on immediate launch hurdles. Bonus Points - Experience in pharmacy, diagnostics, value-based care markets, or specialty healthcare markets. - Hands-on experience marketing GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven clinical products. - Deep familiarity with healthcare quality and/or interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, ONC). - Experience scaling a startup from Series B/C through rapid growth and market expansion. Location xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Anticipate moderate travel (10-15%) for team offsites, key customer meetings, and major industry conferences. The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States.
