• Reporting to the SVP, Product, the Vice President, Product Management will serve in a key leadership role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and will have responsibility for leadership and strategic direction in the development, execution, enhancement, and management of the company’s product portfolio. • Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products, services, capabilities, infrastructure, and operations of Inovalon and its affiliates, the marketplace, competition, strategic positioning, threats, and direction. • Lead, drive, and ultimately be responsible for all aspects of the product portfolio strategy through a build, buy, partner lens. • Maintain comprehensive communication with Inovalon management and appropriate internal personnel, vendors, and customers regarding timelines, readiness, needs, risks, cost implications, resource requirements, and all other material aspects related to the Identified product(s) Plan(s).

Role Description The Business Management & Execution Lead serves as the operational backbone of the organisation. This person is responsible for running the day-to-day operational infrastructure of the business unit and building the structures, rhythms, and clarity that allow the team to execute at its best. This is a role for a sharp, experienced operator who is comfortable owning complex cross-functional work, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving meaningful change without always having direct authority. The right candidate brings business operations experience, strong judgment, and a genuine bias toward action over analysis. While embedded within a specific business unit, this role sits within the central Business Management function that reports to the SVP, Head of Business Performance. A core part of the remit is to uphold and advance enterprise-wide operating standards — driving consistency, sharing best practice across BUs, and minimising bespoke processes except where genuinely warranted by the specific needs of the unit. Success in this role is measured not only by the performance of the supported BU, but by the contribution made to raising the bar across the entire Business Performance function. Role Description The Informaticist will serve as a key hands-on contributor within the Enterprise Data Informatics team, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Informatics. This role is responsible for executing the day-to-day operational and analytical work that underpins the integrity of Inovalon's clinical data assets. The Informaticist will apply deep expertise in clinical coding, ontology mapping, and data quality analysis to support the organization's data normalization strategy and ensure that enterprise data products meet rigorous clinical and technical standards.
