About the role: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between our Product organization and our Commercial engine. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will ensure that our technical capabilities are perfectly aligned with market needs and customer workflows. Key Responsibilities - Own the GTM Strategy: Lead the go-to-market planning for all new products and features, defining the positioning, messaging, and launch tactics. - Strategic Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive research and market analysis to identify trends. Act as a key advisor to the Product Management team on roadmap prioritization based on market gaps. - Sales Enablement & Training: Develop the “Ground War” toolkit—including sales decks, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides—that enables our Commercial team to win. - Content Strategy: Create clear, persona-driven content (white papers, webinars, case studies) that educates the market on xCures’ unique AI-powered value. - Voice of the Customer: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform both external messaging and internal product requirements. - Pricing & Packaging: Partner with leadership to provide input on pricing strategy, feature bundling, and ROI models for our target Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Qualifications - Required: Bachelor’s degree (Technical, Healthcare, or Marketing-related fields preferred). - 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, specifically within HealthTech. - Proven track record of launching technical products and translating complex AI/Data concepts for commercial audiences. - Storytelling: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate use cases clearly and credibly to a clinical and business audience. - Analytical Thinking: Ability to use market data and competitive intelligence to influence product direction. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to work seamlessly between the Product Org and Commercial Org. - Strategic Autonomy: An upbeat, “can-do” mindset with the sound judgment to drive results in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. - Preferred: Advanced Degree in a relevant field or MBA. - Experience in pharmacy, diagnostics, value based care markets, or specialty healthcare markets. - Hands-on experience marketing GenAI, LLMs, or AI-driven products. - Familiarity with healthcare quality and/or interoperability standards. - A background in high-growth startup environments where you’ve effectively navigated ambiguity. Role Description This is a remote position. What you will be responsible for: - Managing key funnels and conversion metrics: analyzing the user journey from the first click to purchase, identifying bottlenecks, and launching hypotheses to improve conversion rates. - Identifying gaps in current user journeys, setting tasks for landing page, offer, and nurturing mechanism tests together with marketing, design, and sales teams. - Building strong synchronization between Marketing, Product, and Sales: collecting insights from the sales team (objections, customer pain points, buyer profiles) and translating them into acquisition, content, and product launch decisions. - Participating in launches of new features, courses, and major internal launches within existing brands. - Developing and regularly updating the communication framework for flagship products: key messaging, JTBD, pain points, message hierarchy, and value proposition. - Ensuring that offers across landing pages, creatives, email communications, and sales scripts remain consistent and aligned with the motivations of the target audience. - Working in a hypothesis-driven growth environment: testing ideas, measuring results, and scaling initiatives that positively impact revenue. Qualifications - 3–4 years of experience in marketing / PMM / growth / product marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or products with a long sales cycle and high ticket size. - Strong understanding of marketing analytics and product metrics: CPL, ROMI, CR1 / CR2, funnel conversion metrics. - Ability to make data-driven decisions even when datasets are limited or imperfect. - Deep understanding of the following chain: audience → message → product → landing page → target action. - Experience conducting custdev interviews, JTBD interviews, competitor analysis, and deep audience segmentation based on pain points and jobs-to-be-done rather than demographics alone. - Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple workstreams, build processes, document decisions, and ensure organized delivery. - Confident use of tools such as Jira / Asana, GA4 / Amplitude (basic level), Figma (reviews and prototypes), Notion, and customer research / survey tools. - AI literacy is mandatory: ability to use AI tools for research, insight synthesis, hypothesis generation, and workflow acceleration. - Native-level Russian (C2) and English proficiency at B2 level or higher. - High level of autonomy, ability to confidently defend ideas before stakeholders, and ability to work cross-functionally.
