Job Requirements

  • Más de 5 años de experiencia trabajando con soluciones CRM, preferentemente en Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experiencia funcional en proyectos de Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing) y Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de negocio relacionados con Ventas, Gestión de Pipeline, Oportunidades, Forecast, Prospección Comercial, Automatización de Marketing, Generación y Nutrición de Leads, Campañas, Customer Journeys, Atención al Cliente y Operaciones de Campo.
  • Experiencia práctica en proyectos de Dynamics 365 Field Service, incluyendo Órdenes de Trabajo, Programación y Asignación de Recursos, Contratos de Servicio, Gestión de Activos, Inspecciones, Aplicaciones Móviles y Operaciones de Campo.
  • Capacidad para liderar workshops y reuniones de levantamiento funcional, transformando necesidades de negocio en soluciones alineadas con la plataforma.
  • Perfil consultivo para acompañar a las áreas de negocio en la definición y mejora de procesos, impulsando iniciativas de transformación digital.
  • Elaboración de documentación funcional, especificaciones técnicas, procesos AS-IS / TO-BE, historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.
  • Experiencia en implementación de proyectos bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe o similares).
  • Conocimiento sólido de las funcionalidades nativas del ecosistema Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Conocimientos en Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps y Power BI) serán considerados un diferencial.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa con arquitectos, desarrolladores y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Título universitario en Administración, Ingeniería, Tecnología de la Información, Marketing, Gestión Comercial, Logística o áreas afines.
  • Será un diferencial: Certificaciones Microsoft relacionadas con Dynamics 365 o Power Platform.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de Sales Automation, Customer Engagement, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing Automation y Field Service.
  • Conocimiento de integraciones entre Dynamics 365, ERP, plataformas de atención al cliente y sistemas corporativos.
  • Participación en proyectos de transformación digital y optimización de procesos comerciales y operativos.
  • Experiencia en empresas de mediano y gran porte.
  • Inglés avanzado para participar en proyectos internacionales.
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Perfil consultivo, estratégico y orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidad para comprender procesos de negocio y traducirlos en soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Visión de negocio enfocada en áreas comerciales, marketing, atención al cliente y operaciones.

Role Description We're seeking a hunter-mentality Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth in the US markets. This is a high-activity prospecting role focused on identifying and qualifying opportunities with tech-forward Mid-Market (1k-5k employees) & ENT (5000+ employees) companies. You'll be the engine that fills our pipeline, setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives to close.
