• Manage a portfolio of accounts focused on bicycle shops, conducting in-person visits and remote contacts according to the established field plan. • Execute and adjust your visit plan to improve the efficiency of commercial service to the account portfolio. • Support shop owners in analyzing their sales funnel, identifying opportunities to attract new cyclists and increase in-store sales conversion. • Monitor clients' product mix and turnover, suggesting actions to balance inventory and prevent stockouts or overstocks. • Act as a business consultant to the client, proposing improvements in product display, portfolio management, sales staff training, and point-of-sale execution. • Record visit information, sales results and opportunities in the system, ensuring data is up to date and accurate.
