• The professional will work on the development and maintenance of solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, focusing on supporting the team's technical and functional demands. • Create and modify entities, forms, fields, and relationships in Dynamics CRM. • Develop plugins, workflows, and custom actions using C# and .NET. • Implement business rules and automations with Power Automate (when applicable). • Customize interfaces with JavaScript to improve the user experience. • Assist in integrating Dynamics CRM with external systems via Web API. • Work with Dynamics 365 APIs to consume and send data. • Document processes, features, and changes made to the system. • Participate in requirements-gathering meetings and propose technical improvements. • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure deliveries meet expectations.

• Will work on implementation projects for the Sales, Marketing (Insights), Customer Service and Field Service modules of Dynamics 365 CRM • Will gather client business scenarios, processes and procedures, taking into account Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities to design the solution

• Develop custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate) • Collaborate with company stakeholders and end users to gather requirements and understand their needs • Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and follow best practices • Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and user interfaces using Power Platform tools • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and services as needed • Create technical documentation and provide training and support to end users

• Solution Development and Design: Develop and maintain plugins in C#, workflows, and medium-complexity customizations. • Create and adjust Web Resources in JavaScript, including validations, automations, and UI enhancements. • Configure and evolve native CRM components such as entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, and business rules. • Cloud Integrations and Services: Participate in the development and maintenance of integrations using REST/OData APIs. • Support the construction of integrations with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus, under the guidance of architects or senior professionals. • Perform adjustments and improvements to existing integrations, ensuring stability and performance. • Power Platform and Automation: Create and maintain flows in Power Automate, including low- to medium-complexity automations. • Contribute to solutions in Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), when applicable. • Assist in maintaining environments and ALM best practices within the Power Platform. • Maintenance, Support, and Quality: Perform troubleshooting and fix technical issues, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate solutions. • Execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure delivery quality. • Document functionalities, integrations, and technical processes clearly and in an organized manner. • Collaboration and Business Understanding: Work together with analysts, QA, and other developers to ensure deliveries aligned with client needs. • Participate in requirements gathering meetings, contributing technical insight and improvement suggestions. • Translate functional requirements into consistent, well-structured technical implementations.

• Design, develop and optimize advanced C# plugins, including complex pipelines, asynchronous execution and modern architecture patterns. • Create and maintain Web Resources in JavaScript using modern practices (modularization, ES6+, design patterns). • Develop Custom Actions, Custom APIs and advanced Dynamics 365 extensions. • Design and implement complex data structures (entities, relationships, hierarchies, business rules, forms, views and command bars). • Build and maintain robust integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid and other modern Azure services. • Work with Dynamics 365 REST and OData APIs, ensuring security, performance and governance. • Create advanced solutions with Power Automate, including complex flows, custom connectors and large-scale automations. • Work with Power Apps Model-Driven, Canvas Apps and Power Pages, ensuring adherence to best practices. • Contribute to governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines and Git. • Conduct code reviews, apply architectural patterns and ensure secure development best practices. • Monitor and optimize performance of plugins, queries, integrations and flows. • Implement logging, telemetry and observability strategies using Application Insights and related tools. • Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior and mid-level developers. • Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution of critical issues. • Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to platform evolution within client environments. • Keep up to date with trends in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder and integrations with AI services.
