Territory Sales Manager
PPG
• Achieve annual sales targets, including growth and key goals, while managing costs, receivables, and expenses within plan. • Develop an understanding of customer needs, regional market dynamics, and PPG business strategies. • Increase sales of PPG Refinish products, including paint systems and related materials, through distribution channels. • Manage and strengthen distributor relationships, including sales performance, training, and account management. • Provide expertise in collision center and fleet operations, supporting improvements in profitability, cycle time, and operational efficiency. • Use data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve customer outcomes. • Collaborate across teams to maximize market potential and deliver consistent customer experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of successful sales experience with a track record in consultative selling.
- Automotive refinish or related industry experience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 25% overnight travel).
- Strong Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
