• Assess software quality through manual and automated testing • Find and report bugs and glitches • Work as part of an Agile development team to design and execute test cases across web and mobile applications • Contribute to stable releases through structured and repeatable test processes
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of software testing experience with strong grounding in quality assurance concepts and standards
- Experience writing and executing manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and UI testing scopes
- Familiarity with test management tools (AIO Test Management preferred or similar) and defect tracking systems such as Jira
- Experience participating in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools and approaches; ability to evaluate and apply AI-based testing techniques where relevant
- Ability to clearly document expected results, reproduce defects, and communicate findings
- Solid understanding of software development processes and ability to collaborate with developers and product owners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to reproducibility and traceability
- Effective verbal and written communication, with ability to work across distributed teams
