• Assess software quality through manual and automated testing • Find and report bugs and glitches • Work as part of an Agile development team to design and execute test cases across web and mobile applications • Contribute to stable releases through structured and repeatable test processes
• Review and analyze system specifications • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results • Evaluate product code according to specifications • Create logs to document testing phases and defects • Report bugs and errors to development teams • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Assist clients with technical support through support emails, phone calls, and online training meetings. • Assist with software testing and the setup of new accounts. • Conduct online support and training. • Gather feedback for product team. • Provide technical support to clients and customer support team members. • Become an expert user on our software and keep up to date with new features and enhancements. • Work with customers and Momentus development team to resolve software errors. • Test new/improved functionality and/or bug fixes prior to general release. • Escalate unresolved customer support requests to a Senior Support Specialist. • Provide user training on specific features and/or modules. • Maintain and oversee file server cleanup and maintenance. • Build local Momentus sites for testing. • Become a trusted resource for key accounts. • Educate and develop existing customer accounts. • Demonstrate new features and unique use cases. • Action internal support requests such as demo configuration and support, document preparation, customer notifications and NetSuite administration.
• Define and own the internal AI tooling roadmap, prioritizing by business impact and feasibility. • Partner with department leads (Sales, Support, Engineering, Finance, etc.) to surface automation opportunities. • Evaluate and select AI models, platforms, and SaaS tools that fit our stack and budget. • Prototype, build, and ship AI-powered internal tools — chatbots, workflow automations, document processors, and data pipelines. • Integrate LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into existing systems via APIs, Zapier, Make, or custom code. • Maintain a library of reusable prompt templates, fine-tuned workflows, and automation playbooks. • Provide regular and on demand training across the organization. • Establish guardrails, usage policies, and monitoring for AI tools used internally in cooperation with our Legal team and CISO. • Track cost, quality, and adoption metrics for every tool deployed; iterate based on data. • Ensure all tooling meets security, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users. • Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings. • Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure a smooth delivery through our Best Practices Playbooks while supporting clients through the implementation process. • Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Project Managers, Principal Consultants and Technical Services resources. • Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration as well as end user training. • Basic project management tasks including the following: creation of onsite agendas, project task list follow up, escalation of issues to Project Manager & Leadership in order to keep the project within defined scope and timeline.

• Lead a team of Product Managers across AI Platform, Analytics, Portals, and Platform/Integrations • Set strategy and ladder to the 2026 GA calendar and 2028 vision • Own the AI Platform and agent strategy • Partner with engineering on AI architecture decisions • Define outcomes and articulate measurable customer and business outcomes
• Build and Own the Product Knowledge Base: Design the retrieval architecture, automate and curate content. • Elevate Documentation Operations: Own release notes, help content, and maintain high-quality documentation. • Treat Docs as Code: Implement versioning and automation in documentation processes. • Serve Product Marketing and GTM: Run discovery sessions and maintain integration surfaces with existing connectors.
