Growth & Performance Lead
Workana
Role Description We’re hiring a senior, hands-on performance marketer — an individual contributor, not a manager — to own all paid media at Workana and the optimization of our core acquisition funnels. You’ll report directly to the CEO and run your function like a team of one, leveraged by AI. What you’ll own: - All paid media across Workana — Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, any paid channel that earns its place. You set strategy, build campaigns, manage spend. - Funnel optimization for our core acquisition flows — landing pages, forms, on-site CRO — across three lines: - Marketplace — acquiring clients profitably (payback < 6 months) - Education — paid acquisition for our Accelerator (measured on ROAS) - Inbound B2B — turning website form leads into qualified pipeline - The numbers. You’re accountable for the outcome, not the activity. How you’ll be measured: - Marketplace clients acquired at payback < 6 months - ROAS on Education paid - Cost per SQL on Inbound B2B We’ve had people run plenty of initiatives here without moving any of these. That’s the one thing this role can’t be. If your scoreboard is “campaigns launched,” this isn’t your seat. If it’s “revenue moved, profitably,” keep reading. The autonomy: - Marketplace: scale spend with no ceiling, as long as payback stays under 6 months. Find profitable growth and we fund it. - Education: a monthly budget you allocate however you see fit — countries, products, channels. - Channels, creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages: your call, no approval per iteration. Qualifications - You’ve personally owned paid budgets and moved acquisition metrics — with proof (payback, ROAS, CAC, CPSQL you actually improved). - As comfortable in an ad account and a spreadsheet as you are reasoning about a funnel end to end. - You think in unit economics, not vanity metrics. - You move fast, kill what isn’t working, and document why. Requirements - You already work AI-first. You use it to do the work of a team — creative variants, funnel analysis, copy, automated reporting, spinning up landing pages — at a speed that wasn’t possible two years ago. This isn’t for you if… - You need a team under you to deliver. - You measure your work by output (campaigns, tests) instead of outcomes (profitable growth). - You want clean handoffs and someone else owning the funnel. - AI is on your roadmap rather than in your daily workflow. Benefits - Full time - Individual contributor - Location: 100% remote work - Competitive compensation in USD - Flexibility and autonomy to create impact - Direct participation in strategic business decisions - Professional growth opportunities within an internationally expanding company. Company Description Workana is one of Latin America’s largest remote-talent marketplaces — 14 years old, 10M+ registered professionals. We’re rebuilding into a lean, AI-native company where a handful of exceptional people do what used to take whole departments.
