Role Description As a Growth Engineer reporting to the Head of Growth Systems in our Growth Systems (DASA) team, you'll be the technical architect of our marketing "source of truth" — making sure every dollar spent on marketing and every action a user takes on our platform is tracked, attributed and actionable. - Build and maintain multi-touch attribution logic across our data warehouse - Own our tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, Segment) end to end - Engineer identity resolution — connecting anonymous sessions to known users - Implement server-side tracking to improve accuracy and reduce ad-blocker impact - Build the pipelines that feed our BI tools and visualise the full conversion funnel Qualifications - Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, including custom tracking scripts and DOM manipulation - Strong SQL and data modelling skills, ideally with dbt and a cloud warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery) - Experience integrating MarTech APIs — ad platforms, CDPs (e.g. Segment) and a data warehouse - Experience with multi-touch attribution and/or identity resolution - Conversational level English language skills Requirements - Server-side tracking experience (server-side GTM, Conversions API) - Experience with BI/visualisation tooling (Looker) - Working knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and cookie consent management Benefits - We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first. - Depending on which market you're joining, you might have office access or be fully remote - either works. - Additional benefits that might differ depending on the location.
