Account Manager, Meat & Prepared Foods

• Account Management: Manage active customers in Meat & Prepared Foods industries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention; • Relationship Building: Establish and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at major customers and prospects. • Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales projects and opportunities in collaboration with Technical and Marketing teams. • Negotiating contracts and commercial agreements using in depth product, pricing, industry, and competitive knowledge. • Innovation Leadership: Act as the customer focal point for new solutions and innovation projects, driving value creation. • Strategic Alignment: Implement industry strategies for the region. • Market Development: Identify new prospects and opportunities in Brazil, ensuring maximum and efficient market coverage. • Growth Delivery: Contribute to the growth and penetration of biosolutions, meeting annual sales targets. • Financial Accountability: Analyze financial results against targets, develop action plans, sales estimates and deliver on overall annual sales budget.

Job Requirements

  • Food related careers (Engineer, bachelor degree, etc)
  • Intermediate Spanish and English (well understanding mandatory)
  • Experience with meat process industry and negotiation
  • B2B Salesforce experience is valued
  • Hands on experience or in depth knowledge of meat or food plant operations
  • Experience with fermented salami, pepperoni, snack sticks, cured meat, cooked meat products or related manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with food manufacturing equipment and production environments
  • Natural curiosity and willingness to explore alternative solutions to achieve customer and business goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and collaborative person who should be integrated into a group of several years working together.
  • Open minded to afford a challenging market with creative solutions.
