Job Description
Marketing Coordinator
CyKor
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, partner events, internal meetings, and field marketing activities • Support event timelines, registrations, attendee communications, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up • Assist with management of event materials, signage, invitations, digital assets, and SWAG coordination • Help ensure events are professionally executed and aligned with CyKor branding standards • Support execution of marketing campaigns aligned to CyKor growth priorities and alliance initiatives • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and campaign tracking • Assist with campaign reporting and organization of marketing assets • Help maintain consistency across campaign messaging and deliverables • Support co-branded marketing initiatives with OEM and strategic alliance partners • Maintain partner marketing materials, templates, and internal resources • Coordinate partner marketing requests and ensure alignment with branding and compliance requirements • Create and schedule social media content supporting campaigns, events, wins, announcements, and partner initiatives • Assist with management of CyKor’s social media calendar and marketing communications cadence • Support website content updates and marketing announcements • Coordinate webinar and podcast logistics, communications, and promotional support • Support internal communications related to CyKor updates, announcements, initiatives, and events • Monitor engagement trends and support marketing optimization efforts • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, templates, presentations, one-pagers, and internal assets • Support creation and formatting of marketing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools • Ensure consistency across branding, formatting, and messaging • Assist with updates to reusable marketing and event templates • Coordinate development and distribution of internal and external email newsletters • Gather content updates from cross-functional stakeholders • Build and format newsletters aligned to CyKor brand standards • Track engagement metrics and support ongoing improvements to communications
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, or similar content/design and project management tools
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, or marketing campaigns preferred
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce preferred
- Experience supporting B2B technology, federal contracting, cybersecurity, SaaS organizations, or partner ecosystems preferred
