B2B Account Executive – Private Label Cosmetics, Inbound Sales

• Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities • Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines • Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models • Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity • Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales
  • Proven success managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales process
  • Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly via video calls
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
