• Achieve sales objectives (orders, revenue, margin and customer satisfaction). • Oversee all local operations and ensure the financial performance of your territory. • Implement LivaNova’s commercial strategy and identify new growth opportunities. • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure alignment of priorities. • Develop and manage the network of local distributors and partners. • Manage relationships with local authorities, government institutions and key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Analyze market dynamics and competition to propose appropriate development actions. • Produce regular reports on business performance. • Ensure compliance with LivaNova’s policies and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- Significant experience in a commercial and/or management role in international markets.
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment or medical devices sector.
- Strong ability to define and execute a growth strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to operate in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
- Solid analytical skills and results orientation.
- Leadership qualities, autonomy and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- In-depth knowledge of Francophone African local markets.
- Availability for frequent travel within the region.
