• Take full ownership of the review and ongoing management of Right-of-Use (ROU) assets and lease liabilities. • Oversee PPE accounting, refine and enforce capitalization policies, manage asset disposals, evaluate impairment considerations, and ensure the fixed asset register is flawlessly maintained. • Review complex transactions, contract assessments, and financing arrangements, making definitive accounting treatment decisions before they become audit findings. • Partner with leadership to strengthen accrual methodologies, strictly enforce cut-off procedures, and significantly reduce the manual adjustments identified during close. • Establish and enforce elevated reconciliation standards, design stronger review controls, and foster clear ownership across all key accounts. • Prepare detailed audit schedules, reports, and technical documentation for review by management and external auditors, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP standards. • Actively partner in the upcoming software migration, documenting current processes, identifying internal control gaps, redesigning workflows, and ensuring complex accounting requirements are accurately mapped into the new system. • Continually assess financial risk, investigate discrepancies, and implement improvements to internal control systems to prevent errors and fraud.

Role Description - Strong experience in Project Management focused on Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). - Experience with continuous improvement. - Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or higher preferred). - Experience with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) or similar initiatives. - Ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams on transformation and change management initiatives. - Strong data handling skills (Excel charts, dashboards, reporting). - Experience with project management tools and documentation. - LSS Green Belt or higher certification. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. Qualifications - PMP certification in addition to Green Belt certification. - Experience with evidence-based treatments and outcomes measurement. - Familiarity with Netsmart myAvatar. - Experience working in regulated and transformation-driven environments. - Prior experience within structured PMO environments.
