Senior Revenue Systems Analyst

Powerfleet

• Serve as the primary business-side voice for GTM systems, partnering closely with the EBS team. • Lead requirements gathering for system enhancements and integrations across the GTM tech stack. • Translate business pain points into clear, structured business requirements. • Own user acceptance testing for system changes and new feature rollouts. • Identify and escalate system gaps and workflow inefficiencies. • Support the design and continuous improvement of scalable sales processes. • Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure to provide Sales leadership visibility. • Champion data hygiene and governance practices across GTM systems. • Act as a responsive and reliable partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and EBS stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce is required; Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with complementary GTM tools such as Salesloft, Cognism, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and partnering with technical teams to deliver system improvements.
  • Experience conducting user acceptance testing and supporting end-to-end rollouts of system changes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Comfortable working with AI productivity tools; exposure to Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator; able to document requirements and engage cross-functional partners effectively.
