As a Mid-level Data Analyst at Afya, your primary responsibility will be to perform data analysis and modeling, and to develop dashboards and metrics in Power BI, ensuring the quality, clarity and governance of information.

• Support the development, maintenance and support of integrations between systems, APIs, services and automations. • Perform integration tests and validations together with the team, ensuring solutions function correctly. • Assist in the analysis, investigation and resolution of incidents related to integrations, always under the guidance of more experienced professionals. • Contribute to technical documentation for integrations and support continuous improvement initiatives for processes. • Participate in meetings to understand requirements, gather specifications and design new solutions. • Assist in implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON and HTTP. • Collaborate on code versioning using Git and support the consumption and validation of APIs using tools such as Postman. • Work in a collaborative environment with close contact between technology and business areas, building practical knowledge in integration architecture and process automation.

• Apoiar o desenvolvimento, manutenção e evolução de integrações entre sistemas utilizando APIs, serviços e automações. • Auxiliar na sustentação de processos automatizados e no acompanhamento da execução das integrações. • Realizar testes funcionais e validações técnicas das soluções desenvolvidas junto ao time. • Apoiar a identificação, análise e correção de incidentes relacionados às integrações e automações, contando com o suporte de profissionais mais experientes. • Contribuir com a documentação técnica das soluções e dos fluxos desenvolvidos. • Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e acompanhamento das atividades, colaborando com sugestões para melhoria contínua dos processos. • Apoiar o monitoramento de automações e integrações, acompanhando a execução dos robôs e auxiliando na investigação de falhas quando necessário. • Interagir diariamente com arquitetos, desenvolvedores e demais integrantes da equipe, contribuindo para a evolução das soluções tecnológicas da área.

• Contribute to the production of new medical content, both textual and audiovisual (e.g., videos and podcasts); • Review, test, and approve, together with the editorial team, other types of technical medical materials, such as clinical protocols, prescriptions, calculators, tests/examinations, etc.; • Review outreach and communication content for Afya Whitebook, iClinic, and Portal Afya across communication channels, and occasionally support its creation to ensure it is relevant and coherent from a physician's perspective; • Participate in monthly meetings with the medical and internal content teams.

• Support and manage the Salesforce CRM, performing fixes, enhancements, access management and integrations with other systems; • Work with business areas to gather, analyze and detail requirements, understanding needs and translating functional requests into technical solutions; • Lead solution implementation projects from planning through technical delivery, either via internal development or partner vendors; • Develop and implement new solutions focused on process automation and continuous platform improvement; • Design solutions and business architectures integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem; • Act as a bridge between user teams, technical teams and external partners, ensuring proper understanding and execution of requirements; • Map and monitor indicators and KPIs, ensuring that implemented solutions align with business needs; • Conduct alignment, refinement and solution demonstration meetings for stakeholders; • Ensure the application of CRM best practices, promoting scalability, governance and strategic alignment; • Oversee projects and requests from briefing through post-Go Live, supporting analysis, validation and optimization of deliveries; • Contribute to system integrations and the evolution of processes supported by Salesforce; • Stay up to date on new features, trends and best practices of the Salesforce platform.

• Atuar como parceiro(a) de talentos junto aos gestores, entendendo demandas e apoiando definições de perfis e priorizações. • Realizar alinhamento de vagas, descrição, abertura e publicação nos canais internos e externos. • Conduzir processos seletivos ponta a ponta: triagens, entrevistas individuais, entrevistas comportamentais e dinâmicas, quando necessário. • Elaborar pareceres de entrevistas com visão clara do fit técnico e cultural. • Organizar e manter atualizados os controles e planilhas de acompanhamento de vagas. • Realizar reportes frequentes para gestão sobre status de vagas, indicadores e riscos. • Conduzir checagem de referências quando aplicável. • Garantir uma experiência positiva, ágil e humanizada para candidatos e líderes. • Seguir processos internos de R&S com organização e disciplina, utilizando criatividade para potencializar a atração. • Trazer insights e contribuir com melhorias contínuas em práticas, ferramentas e estratégias de recrutamento. • Atuar com adaptabilidade em um ambiente dinâmico, em constante evolução.

• Modify or create resources in cloud environments (AWS and Azure); • Modify or create new resources in Databricks; • Modify or create new application resources in Kubernetes; • Propose and implement architectural improvements; • Implement controls related to LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law) in the data lake; • Implement dashboards and metadata analyses in Databricks for control and compliance; • Conduct audits together with the governance team to align the data lake with the company's security policies; • Monitor and analyze costs to identify bottlenecks and cost-reduction opportunities; • Collaborate with data analytics and AI teams to optimize jobs and resource usage; • Work together with other platform engineers to assist in skills development; • Serve as a technical point of reference for platform-related questions for data, business, and product stakeholders.

• Provide maintenance and development of IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and visibility of technological environments. • Define, track and analyze performance and availability metrics, including SLAs, SLIs and SLOs, supporting continuous improvement of services. • Perform trend analysis and capacity planning, proposing preventive actions to ensure scalability and stability of environments. • Deploy, manage and optimize observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, ELK or similar solutions. • Participate in incident management, troubleshooting and escalation processes, contributing to the rapid resolution of critical issues.

• Monitor, analyze and interpret the main KPIs for CX areas (NPS, student experience) and CSC (Finance, Facilities, HR, Service Management, etc.). • Produce periodic analyses and reports to support decision-making by internal stakeholders. • Identify variations, trends and improvement opportunities based on available data. • Contribute to data storytelling, facilitating the interpretation and understanding of results for different audience profiles. • Build new dashboards and reports in Power BI based on requests from the area or stakeholders. • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing dashboards, ensuring accuracy, performance and timely updates. • Contribute to the understanding and documentation of new dashboard and KPI requirements to be forwarded to the external Data team. • Participate in the discovery process for new solutions and scopes. • Identify automation opportunities for manual or repetitive processes within the area. • Support the structuring and standardization of analytical processes and dashboard development.
