Business Systems Analyst II
ActBlue
• Be a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM data management. • Serve as a resource for best practices in workflows, and systems, partnering with teams across ActBlue to help guide project planning and execution. • Support the Enterprise Systems Manager in leading projects and critical initiatives. • Be a thought partner with business stakeholders and recommend solutions. • Maximize the use and implementation of existing systems before seeking new ones. • Assist with Business Continuity Planning • Assist in assessing risk and managing the cost of systems across the entire software stack. • Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions and continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation projects that will streamline workflows and processes. • Assist/provide backup in the ongoing administration of Finance tooling, CRM platforms, support ticketing systems, and HRIS, including user roles and permissions, item configuration, reporting changes, and related administrative duties. • Define meaningful KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IT initiatives, evaluate performance through data analysis, and report on program metrics to relevant stakeholders. Identify, prioritize and drive strategic technology and workflow investments to improve those KPIs over time. • Estimate and establish costs of upgrades and improvements and track and manage software and hardware costs during implementation, including navigating budget and functionality tradeoffs. • Document and diagram key system configurations; support key business stakeholders in their process documentation efforts • May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards. • Implement, monitor, and assist in identifying and diagnosing possible issues with integrations between systems that communicate with the CRM platform, including, but not limited to, third-party data and productivity tools.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of CRM management
- You have excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills, and you know when to adjust your focus, format, vocabulary, and level of detail according to the audience and communication goals.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, strong project management skills, be team-oriented, and have a growth mindset.
- You constantly tie your work to the strategic context and the problems we're trying to solve to maintain focus and ensure your work is aligned with the broader mission.
- You have a demonstrated history of self-directed work. You are proactive and intentional with your work.

- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript is preferred, with the ability to support automation, data scripting, and systems integration tasks.

Role Description This position offers fully remote opportunities for candidates across the United States. Preferred work locations: Arlington VA, Denver CO, Houston, TX or Merritt Island, FL. Airbus U.S. is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Principal Software Systems Engineer (Contract) to design and analyze new satellite and aerospace systems. We're looking for candidates who can bring exceptional engineering skills and strong experience in aerospace programs to the team. Position Responsibilities: - Drive the development of Airbus U.S.'s satellite systems with a focus on flight software delivery. - Involved in the full lifecycle of development, from requirements definition, validation, verification, and operations. - Provide autonomous solutions to complex problems, through direct work or delegation, under the leadership of the Systems Engineering Manager. - Have project and subject matter responsibility and authority. Systems Engineering (75%): - Perform systems engineering tasks for Airbus U.S. satellite software systems, including the heritage Arrow platform. - Requirements development – initial definition, decomposition and flow down, management of Software and Avionics Subsystem requirements. - System design and trade studies – high level concept trades to support subsequent detail design. - Verification planning and testing – verification matrices, buy-off / sell-off, test planning, analysis planning, etc. - Ensure proper Systems Engineering processes are followed including requirements traces / RVTMs. - Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements are met. - Flight Software anomaly resolution and troubleshooting. - Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of engineering and integration activities. Roadmap Development (15%): - Support Airbus spacecraft development product roadmap; includes design adjustments, schedule, and cost targets aligned for future business captures. - Support the definition of spacecraft customization process for customer mission needs. Additional Responsibilities (10%): - Perform all the necessary systems engineering activities to build, maintain, and evolve the Airbus spacecraft products. - Promote and optimize cost savings by reuse of the heritage platform designs and manufacturing infrastructures in the pursuit of various constellation prospects.
