Dental Assistant
Virtual Teammate
• Providing remote administrative support to dental professionals and clinic staff. • Scheduling and managing dental appointments, including follow-ups, rescheduling, and cancellations. • Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate patient dental records and documentation. • Handling patient communications via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner. • Organizing digital filing systems for easy access to patient histories, treatment plans, and clinic records. • Coordinating with insurance providers for dental billing, pre-authorizations, and claims processing.
Job Requirements
