• Responding to tenant emails, calls, and maintenance requests • Coordinating maintenance vendors and work orders • Managing lease renewals and lease documentation • Processing rental applications and screening documents • Posting rental listings and coordinating showings • Assisting with move-ins and move-outs • Tracking rent payments and following up on delinquencies • Managing resident communications • Updating property management software • General administrative support for property managers
Job Requirements
- Previous experience supporting U.S. residential property management companies
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with tenants, vendors, and property owners
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours
