B. Schulungen, Best-Practice-Sessions, Projekt-Reviews) - Eigene Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unseres SEO-Bereichs, z. B. durch neue Workflows, Reportings oder interne Formate - Entwicklung und Pflege eines klaren Ausbildungsformats für SEO-Trainees und Juniors Qualifications - Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache einwandfrei, schriftlich mit flüssigem Ausdruck, sicherer Grammatik und Interpunktion (Mindestanforderung: Muttersprachler oder Sprachniveau C2). - Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige SEO-Erfahrung überwiegend in Agenturumgebungen und einer verantwortlichen Rolle (z. B. Senior SEO, Teamlead, Lead SEO oder Assistent Lead). - Umfassende, praxisnahe SEO-Expertise – von technischer SEO über den routinierten Einsatz gängiger Webanalyse- und SEO-Tools bis hin zur Planung und Steuerung komplexer SEO-Projekte. - Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung, im Mentoring und Coaching von SEO-Mitarbeitenden. - Proaktive Arbeitsweise mit eigenen Ideen zur Verbesserung von Standards, Prozessen und Workflows. - Transparente, kollegiale, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung gegenüber Kunden.
