Role Description This role carries the title Chief of Staff, which is a highly hands-on execution role rather than a traditional executive leadership position. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in executive support, operations, project management, business operations, founder support, or a similar hands-on execution role. - Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills. - High level of accountability and ownership. - Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions. - Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools.
